I’m afraid I’ve dropped off the map in terms of blogging.
Well, I’m a bit busy at the moment. Here’s what I’m up to:
- Our contract ends in 16 days, so we’re starting to pack and finish up work
- We’re planning our trip home–more details on that after we’ve left Korea
- I’m busy with NanoWriMo! It’s an awesome way to get people into novel writing, with the goal of hitting 50,000 words in 30 days. Because we’re leaving the country halfway through November, I’m not doing the full, traditional goal. But I have been working since September 28th to get the rough draft of another novel done during my time in Korea. Whatever complaints I have had with my job and with ESL in Korea in general, it has given me time to hop back into fiction writing, and I’ll always be grateful for that.
